Objectives and scope of activities
Magazine "Business Studies" is an academic journal that has been published twice a year since 2009. Since 2015, we have been publishing it in B&H and English.
The publisher of the magazine is the University of Business Studies Banja Luka.

The magazine has a general orientation and aims to cover a wide range of disciplines studied at the University of Business Studies: economics, law, ecology, tourism and information technology and design. The journal encourages the publication of high-quality research papers, both theoretical and empirical, with a tendency to bridge the gap between them and contribute to new theoretical knowledge and expand existing theoretical knowledge in the fields covered by the journal.
The international editorial board especially welcomes contributions that investigate economic, legal, environmental, tourism and IT issues in a comparative perspective, and especially contributions related to: developing markets, transitional economies and improvement of the business environment, more efficient application of legal institutes, improvement of sustainable development, development of agritourism and ecotourism and improvement of computing and informatics.
Received papers
Svi dostavljeni radovi za eventualnu publikaciju nalaze se u okviru Evaluacije urednika. Samo rukopisi koji prate standardne procedure objavljivanja poštoju politiku časopisa i za koje se smatra da su na adekvatnom nivou kvaliteta dalje će postupati u postupku pregleda. Evaluacija urednika može biti do 2 mjeseca. Nakon ovog perioda, autori će dobiti odgovor urednika, sa rezultatima evaluacije glavnog i odgovornog urednika.
Papers under review
After preliminary evaluation, manuscripts deemed suitable for possible publication are transferred to the review stage. All papers are subject to a double anonymous review process, which includes internal and external review. Papers can be published in the journal only if they have two positive reviews. The work review process can take up to a month. Only original work that has not been previously published or has already been submitted for publication elsewhere may be submitted. A paper published in a scientific journal cannot be published in a journal Business Studies, that is, it cannot be reprinted or published under a similar title in a modified form. All authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication after technical and peer review must sign a copyright agreement.
The journal is indexed in EBSCO, ERIH PLUS, SJIFactor, doisrpska.nub.rs, scholar.google.com, road.issn.org, and is registered for referencing in other world databases.
Papers should be submitted electronically, in an attachment - as an open document (Word format), to the email address poslovnestudije@univerzitetps.com within the stipulated time.
